council members and a mayor. City Council meetings are held on the
first and third Tuesdays of the month at 6:30 pm at Ruthven City Hall.
City hall is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5 pm. Ruthven
City Hall is located at 1305 Gowrie Street.
