The Ruthven Social Center was built in 1991. It is available for use for family gatherings, celebrations, community group meetings, etc. The Social Center has a full kitchen and bath facilities and is also handicapped accessible. There are table and chairs within the facilty. It is available on a first come, first serve basis for a donation for its upkeep and cleaning.
